1. We'll get into a skype call (free) where you can tell me all about your goal, we'll put a mind-map together regarding all you need to do, have and be to succeed at it.
2. Meanwhile, I'll learn all about your routine and what is keeping you from making progress.
Here's the general questionnaire we'll run through during our initial conversation:
Your goal (or multiple goals)
Why are you pursuing those goals?
What kinds of obstacles keep you from making progress towards these goals?
How do you see this partnership helping you?
What is your peak productivity time? (i.e. early morning, afternoon, night)
How's your sleep?
What's your routine like? School/Work/Extra curricular/Family time/Me time...etc.
3. We'll then discuss how I can keep you accountable and fulfill all expectations through this partnership!
4. We'll agree on an attack-plan in this initial call, and then I'll hold you to the plan. Our subsequent meetings are called "check-in" calls and during those we'll go over how the week went and what the results were, and address any roadblocks that may have come up.
It's easy to report to yourself - but having someone else to keep you accountable makes you think twice before reporting a bad decision.
